Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 19, 2026
Last Updated: February 27, 2026
Summary
Tyeda is a SaaS platform for Malaysian SME factories. You pay a monthly or annual subscription, you own your data, we keep it safe. During our early access phase, features and terms may evolve but we will always give you notice before any changes affect you.
Who We Are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer" or "User") and Tyeda Technologies Sdn Bhd (202501035636 (1637046-T)), a company incorporated in Malaysia ("Tyeda", "we", "us", or "our").
Tyeda operates a cloud-based manufacturing operations platform (the "Platform") and a mobile application. The Platform is designed specifically for Malaysian small and medium enterprise (SME) manufacturers.
By creating an account, joining our waitlist, submitting your details through our early access form, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

Eligibility & Registration
Who Can Use Tyeda
The Platform is intended for use by businesses, not consumers. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in Malaysia. The Platform is designed for Malaysian-registered businesses and manufacturers operating in Malaysia.
Account Registration
To access the Platform, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid business email address and company name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@tyeda-technologies.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Authorised Users
You may permit your employees and contractors to access the Platform as Authorised Users, up to the limits of your Subscription Plan. You are responsible for ensuring that all Authorised Users comply with these Terms and for any actions they take within the Platform.
Subscription and Pricing
Subscription Plans
Tyeda offers the following subscription plans during the launch period:
| Plan | Monthly Fee |
|---|---|
| Founder Tier | RM 2,255/month |
| Early-access Tier | RM 2,796/month |
| Full Pricing | RM 4,510/month |
Pricing is quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) and is exclusive of any applicable taxes including SST, unless stated otherwise.
Billing and Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, as selected at the time of sign-up. For annual plans, an upfront payment (as quoted in your order) is required to activate the subscription and lock in pricing. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. Tyeda reserves the right to suspend access to the Platform if payment is not received by the due date.
Special Terms for Founder and Early-access Tiers
Customers who join on the Founder and Early-Acess Tiers pay a discounted rate of RM 2,255/month and RM 2,797/month, respectively, for the lifetime of their subscription, provided the subscription remains active without lapse. This lifetime price lock applies to the named business entity only and is non-transferable. The Founder and Early-access Tier requires a minimum 12-month commitment.
Price Changes
Tyeda may adjust standard plan pricing at any time with 60 days' written notice to existing customers. Price changes will not affect customers within an active Founder Tier agreement or within an active fixed-term annual contract.
Refunds
Subscription fees paid in advance are generally non-refundable, except where required by Malaysian consumer protection law or where Tyeda is unable to deliver the contracted service. If you terminate your subscription before the end of a paid period, access will continue until the end of that period with no pro-rated refund. Please contact us to discuss exceptional circumstances.
Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, levies, or other charges arising from your subscription, including SST. Tyeda will issue valid tax invoices via MyInvois in accordance with LHDN requirements.
Early Access and Beta Program
Important:
During the Early Access and Beta phases, the Platform is still under active development. Features may be incomplete, and some capabilities are rolling out progressively. We recommend not relying on the Platform as your sole production system until we notify you that the relevant module has reached general availability.
Phases
The Platform is being released in phases:
- Alpha (Q1 2026): Core production flow and basic inventory. Limited access by invitation.
- Public Beta (Q2 2026 H1): MyInvois integration and procurement module. Early adopter pricing active.
- Version 1.0 (Q2 2026 H2): Full platform launch with all seven modules.
Beta Obligations
As an early access participant, we ask you to provide honest feedback, report bugs promptly, and understand that the product is evolving. In exchange, you receive priority access, locked-in pricing, and direct input into our product roadmap.
Beta Disclaimer
Features available during the Beta phase are provided on an "as is" basis. Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantees described in Section 10 apply only from Version 1.0 general availability, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Free MyInvois Module
Early access customers who join via the waitlist receive 30 days of the MyInvois compliance module at no additional charge. This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time for new sign-ups, but will be honoured for customers who joined the waitlist prior to the offer being withdrawn.
Acceptable Use
Permitted Use
You may use the Platform solely for your internal business operations in connection with your manufacturing activities. You may not resell, sublicense, or provide the Platform as a service to third parties without our prior written consent.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform;
- Use the Platform to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
- Access or probe the Platform using automated scripts or bots without written permission;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other customers' data or Tyeda's underlying infrastructure;
- Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable Malaysian law, including PDPA, the Computer Crimes Act 1997, or LHDN regulations;
- Upload or transmit content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes any third party's intellectual property rights;
- Exceed the user or module limits of your Subscription Plan without upgrading.
We reserve the right to suspend your account immediately if we detect a serious breach of these provisions, with or without prior notice, while we investigate.
Your Data
Ownership
You retain full ownership of all Customer Data. Tyeda does not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You grant Tyeda a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Platform for you.
Data Processing and PDPA
Tyeda processes personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Where your Customer Data includes personal data of your employees or customers, you are the data controller and Tyeda acts as data processor. Our full Privacy Policy is available at tyeda-technologies.com/privacy.
Security
Tyeda implements commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect Customer Data, including encrypted data storage, access controls, and regular backups. However, no system is entirely secure. You are responsible for ensuring that your Authorised Users use strong passwords and protect their credentials.
Data Location
Customer Data is stored on servers located in Singapore or Malaysia. Tyeda will confirm the specific data residency location applicable to your account upon request and will provide advance notice of any change to data residency. By using the Platform, you consent to storage in these locations.
Data Export & Deletion on Cancellation
When your subscription ends, whether by your cancellation or by Tyeda's termination without cause, the following process applies:
- Read-only period (14 days): Immediately upon cancellation, your account enters a read-only state. You will not be able to log new information, create new records, or modify existing data. You may still log in and export your data.
- Data export: During this 14-day window, you can download your data in the available formats: CSV for structured records (inventory, production, procurement data) and PDF for reports and documents. Export options are accessible from your account dashboard.
- Account closure (day 14): After the 14-day window closes, your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to log in.
- Data deletion: Following account closure, all your Customer Data and account information will be permanently deleted from our databases. This deletion is irreversible.
We strongly recommend exporting all data you need before the 14-day window expires. Tyeda is not responsible for data that was not exported prior to account closure. Exceptions apply where data retention is required by Malaysian law, such as LHDN record-keeping obligations for e-invoices. In such cases, only the minimum legally required data will be retained for the statutory period, after which it will also be deleted.
7.6 Backups
Tyeda performs automated daily backups of Customer Data. Backups are retained for a rolling 30-day period. While we make every reasonable effort to prevent data loss, backups are provided as a safety net and do not constitute a guarantee against data loss in all circumstances.
MyInvois and Regulatory Compliance
LHDN Compliance
Tyeda's MyInvois module is designed to assist you in meeting your e-invoicing obligations under LHDN's mandate. However, ultimate responsibility for tax compliance and the accuracy of submitted invoices rests with you as the taxpayer.
MyInvois Integration
The Platform integrates with LHDN's MyInvois system to enable the creation, submission, and retrieval of e-invoices in the format required by Malaysian law. Tyeda will endeavour to keep this integration current with LHDN's published technical specifications.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all data entered into the Platform for e-invoicing purposes;
- Registering your business with MyInvois and providing Tyeda with valid API credentials where required;
- Complying with all LHDN submission deadlines and record-keeping requirements;
- Reviewing all invoices generated by the Platform before submission;
- Any penalties, fines, or assessments imposed by LHDN as a result of your submissions.
Regulatory Changes
LHDN may update its technical specifications or mandates from time to time. Tyeda will use best efforts to update the Platform accordingly, but cannot guarantee that updates will be available before a regulatory deadline in every case. We will communicate known regulatory changes to you as soon as we become aware of them.
Intellectual Property
Tyeda's IP
The Platform, including all software, design, algorithms, documentation, and branding, is the exclusive property of Tyeda Technologies Sdn Bhd and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to Tyeda's intellectual property other than the limited right to use the Platform as described herein.
Feedback
If you provide Tyeda with suggestions, feature requests, or other feedback about the Platform ("Feedback"), you grant Tyeda a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that Feedback in any way, including incorporating it into the Platform. We will not identify you as the source of Feedback without your permission.
Third-Party Software
The Platform incorporates open-source and third-party software components, each subject to their respective licences. A list of key components is available on request.
Availability and Support
Uptime Target
From Version 1.0 general availability onwards, Tyeda targets 99.5% monthly uptime for the Platform, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. During the Early Access and Beta phases, no formal uptime SLA applies, though we aim to maintain high availability at all times.
Scheduled Maintenance
We will endeavour to perform scheduled maintenance during off-peak hours (weekends or after 10 PM Malaysian time) and will provide at least 48 hours' advance notice via email or in-app notification.
Support
Tyeda provides customer support via WhatsApp (for Founder Tier and early access customers) and email at hello@tyeda-technologies.com. Response times and support hours will be defined in more detail as the Customer Success function is established. Priority support is a benefit of the Founder Tier.
Offline and Factory Environments
Tyeda is designed with factory environments in mind, including limited or intermittent WiFi connectivity. Certain features of the Platform are designed to function with low-bandwidth connections. However, core functionality requires an internet connection and Tyeda does not guarantee offline access to the Platform.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Tyeda makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- The fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose;
- The accuracy or completeness of any reports, data, or outputs generated by the Platform;
- The Platform's compliance with any industry-specific regulations outside those expressly addressed in these Terms;
- The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tyeda's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to Tyeda in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Tyeda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational damage, even if Tyeda has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law in Malaysia.
Termination
Termination by You
You may cancel your subscription at any time by giving 30 days' written notice to hello@tyeda-technologies.com. If you are within a minimum commitment period (e.g., the 12-month Founder Tier), early termination fees equal to the remaining balance of that commitment period may apply.
Termination by Tyeda
Tyeda may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you materially breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice. We may also terminate your account with 60 days' notice if we decide to discontinue the Platform or a specific module.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your account enters a 14-day read-only period as described in Section 7.5. You will not be able to log new data but may still log in and export your records in CSV and PDF formats. After 14 days, your account will be deactivated and all associated data permanently deleted. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, 11, 12, and 14) will continue to apply.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You and Tyeda agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to attempt to resolve disputes amicably. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
Changes to These Terms
Tyeda may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or prominent in-app notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We will maintain an archive of previous versions of these Terms and make them available on request.
If you do not agree with a material change, you may terminate your subscription before the effective date of the change. If you are within a minimum commitment period, please contact us to discuss your options.
